Senior Project Manager IT (f/m/d) * Lead and manage project delivery along the full life-cycle - from initiation and planning to execution and closing * Select and apply the right project management tools & techniques to ensure effective planning, reliable execution and controlling of project health * Manage stakeholder engagement and communication on an on-going basis and across functions and departments * Monitor progress against planning baselines and enable proactive course correction along project execution * Identify risks and propose risk response/mitigation plans on an on-going basis * Take on the preparation and follow-up of ceremonies, meetings and workshops * Coach and mentor junior project managers and actively contribute to improve our delivery framework
